M-36 (WATER BASE ADHESIVE)

DESCRIPTION

M-36 is premium water based adhesive and compatible with most of substrates. M-36 is based on very special type of asynthetic resin, with very high performance additives, fine grade mineral fillers and tackyfier.

SPECIALNOTE :

Heating should be switched off at least 48 hours before and after the installation of floor coverings.

APPLICATION

M-36 is recommended for bonding of

  • EPDM sheet
  • Vinyl coverings and tiles
  • PVC sheet
  • PU foam
  • Similar material with concrete, metals and wooden substrates.
  • M -36 is also suitable to most of porous and non porous surfaces and under floor heating installations.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The surface should be structurally sound, cleans, dry, leveled and free from dust curing compound grease and other loose debris according to BS 8203. Apply M-36 uniformly on the substrate using a fine trowel, brush or roller. Allow M- 36 to cure for approx. 15-20 minutes before laying the floor covering

MIXING

Incase of dilution with water, dilute with 15 to 20% of clean water and mix with any suitable mixer in temperature range of 16° C-40° C.

SPECIALNOTE:

Normally dilution is not recommended due to its setting time, type of surfaces and climatic conditions.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight and high temperature (>300C). Shelf life is up to 12 months in unopened container when stored as directed.
Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
