MOMANSA -WRC

MOMANSA -WRC is water based self reinforced weather barrier coating used for a wide vanity of application over most of closed and open cell elastomeric insulation, like Nitrile, cross-link Polyolefin, cross-link Polyethylene foam etc. It is especially design to protect small diameter of pipe insulation, where reinforcement fabric is very hard to apply. MOMANSA -WRC forms tough, flexible and high opaque dry film with recommended surfaces. It has excellent bonding with metal foil, metalized film and most of elastomeric rubber insulation.

SURFACE PREPARATION The insulation surface should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and dust.

APPLICATION METHOD

Apply 1st coat of MOMANSA -WRC @ 150 to 200 gram/m². After applying 1st coat wait till coating is dry. Apply two more succeeding coat @ 200 to 230 gram/m² per coat. It is very important to ensure that each coat of MOMANSA -WRC totally cured before the next coat is applied. The dry film thickness shall be not less than 20 mils.

MOOD OF APPLICATION

Brush- Use suitable water-based paint soft brush and apply with full brush and spared out evenly.
Roller- Use medium size water-based paint roller and dipped fully and spread out evenly.
Spray- MOMANSA -WRC can be applied with airless spray. For airless equipment information, please contact your equipment supplier followed by product viscosity mentioned in data

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight and high temperature (>400C). Shelf life is up to 12 months in unopened container when stored as directed. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
