DESCRIPTION

MOMANSAGLUE is inflammable, heat Resistant, one component adhesive purely on POLYCHLOROPRENE with special resins, Tackyfier and additives. It is specially developed For Nitral, EPDM rubber closed cell and PE Cross Link foam Insulation system.

MOMANSAGLUE has correct balance of wet And dry tack with smooth flow properties and Uniform and fast drying characteristics. MOMANSAGLUE is heaving very good heatAnd fire retardant properties and it is completelyFire resistance in cured form.

APPLICATION

MOMANSAGLUE has excellent adhesion andGood compatibility with closed cell NitralRubber, EPDM and PE crosslink foamInsulation with range of metal substrate and nonMetal surfaces. Porous Substrates like Leather, Leather Board.

USES

Used for Air Duct insulation, Pipe sections, Slabs, under deck (metal sealing)Leather, Leather Boerd etc.

DIRECTION OFUSE

  • Before applying, the surface should be prepare Clean and even, free from dust loose shavings, oil and grease.
  • Apply MOMANSAGLUE on both surfaces, either with brush or pressure feeding equipment to a uniform coat.
  • Allow 10-20 minutes to evaporate the complete Solvent, and then assemble the surface by Applying normal hand pressure to give strong Bond

OPEN TIME

Open time varies for surface from 10 minutes to 25 minutes depending on thickness of layers of Adhesive, substrate type, moisture and Temperature.

COVERAGE

The wet coverage of MOMANSAGLUE is 6 to 8 2 /kg subjected to the applied film Thickness. The recommended film thickness is 100 to 120 mic. To get proper coverage, please Always keep close the container’s spout toPrevent the solvent evaporation.

STORAGE & SHELFLIFE

Store under cover, protect from direct sunlightAnd high temperature (>205C). Shelf life is up to12 months in unopened container when stored as directed. Failure to comply with the recommended Storage conditions may result in premature. Deterioration of the product or packaging.Please follow the petroleum regulation and law of the land.
